For My GF’s…wink

Nancy has recently become gluten intolerant, so I tried my hand at a gluten-free treat for her. I really surprised her and myself as well when we took the first bite. The flavor of this new version of my gluten-free chocolate chip cookies hits the nail on the head! If I didn’t know that they were gluten-free in advance, I wouldn’t have guessed it. Please note they are not suitable for people with Celiac disease.

For the Fury Love of Your Life

I have many fury friends in the neighborhood and created a tasty, all natural treat for them. Yes, all ingredients are top quality and you could eat them too, but the combination might not suit your palette lol. These treats contain: peanut butter, whole wheat flour, chicken broth, oats, baking powder, and sprinkled with pecorino cheese on top. On the menu for orders. If you treat your dog as a family member, then I highly recommend these as a special treat for a special occasion.

‘Tis The Season

Well, in my humble opinion it’s always the season for something sweet. This is my latest addition to the menu, but only in season for Fall and Winter when I have access to fresh ingredients. Only the best for my customers! This is a cranberry orange loaf made with orange zest and fresh cranberries that burst in the oven when baking. Selling out daily at the cafe where they are featured. A perfect complement to your holiday meal.

Salted Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These are new to my menu. I adapted a recipe from a British baker who uses very different ingredients than my usual chocolate chunk cookie. The recipe includes flaky sea salt, bittersweet chocolate, dark brown sugar, super fine sugar and unlike most chocolate chip cookie recipes does not contain vanilla extract. They are very large and rise due to the baking powder and baking soda in the batter. The chocolate chunks stay melted and you will be licking your fingers from it once the cookie is gone!
