A Better Babka

This is an Eastern European coffee cake made with my own special additions. The rich chocolate flavor comes from adding Black Cocoa Powder and Cocoa Powder to the the center filling. There is a subtle hint of nutmeg and lemon zest. Baking a Babka is an all day affair, but the results are worth the effort.
