To beat the heat today, I thought of Fall to keep cool. Thinking of Fall spices and having Granny Smith apples in the house, this recipe fit the bill for these scrumptious cupcakes. They are super moist and chunks of apple add great texture. Unlike most cupcakes, these are unfrosted. The sweetness comes from the apples and other secret ingredients.
